Have: what you have now

To do: what you need to do to meet your dream

To become: face them with the reality and they might think twice - rethink the reality

Give them a reality check.

Module 6 (LIPA) - objectives

Use of drama:

  • to explore the wider relevance of entrepreneurial concept - globalisation & increasing importance of internationalisation.
  • Why is this relevant?
  • Need to personalise it for themselves - as part of thinking through own value

Issues of assessment:

  • ways in which we can assess entrepreneurship

LIPA Agenda:

Evaluation

Assessment

Strategies - look at out personal strategies

the role of perfomance in entrepreneurship education

the future

Guide 27 - Drama in education

Question to discuss / research / explore: for the drama

How is society changing / giving the students some opportunity to understand how entrepreneurship or society is changing the environment we live in.

Get them to interview people, about how their life is changing? In terms of their work, their life, their aspirations etc. (trust? relationships? networks?)

Global pressures, Organisations, Individuals, Families

Bring out the complexities and what is happening to them in their day to day lives. Observe behaviours.

for example: the drama could then be about TRUST - the metaphor used to demonstrate this was pirates etc….

Do the Drama:

Then get audience to peer review / mark the activity on a set of criteria

TO DO:

Interview a person

Group meeting - see what common theme we have and start to think about the metaphor

Example: Impact of globalisation on personal life
